I. Introduction

These Booking Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your registration and participation in events organized by Leader Associates Limited (the "Organizer"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering for an event.

By submitting your registration for an event organized by the Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

II. Event Registration and Participation

​

• The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda, format, speakers, location, and any other aspect of the event without notice

• In order to ensure a smooth check-in process at the event, full payment must be received by the Organizer prior to the event date. If full payment has not been received before the event, a credit card payment may be required at the time of check-in.

• Registrations can be transferred at no additional cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days before the event start date. While cancellation does not result in a refund, the paid fees will be issued as a credit. This credit can be applied to the delegate fee for any Leader Associates event within the next 24 months.

• The personal information you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

• The Organizer may, at its discretion, refuse registration requests in cases of a conflict of interest or any other such occasion. If a registration fee has already been transferred, it will be refunded in full.

• Registrants are responsible for understanding the visa requirements related to the locations of our events and applying for a visa in a timely manner. The Organizer cannot refund tickets when an attendee has failed the visa application or is not able to obtain a visa in time for the conference.

• The Organizer holds the right to cancel an event. In this case, participants will receive a credit or full refund limited to the ticket fee only.

 

III. Liability

• ​In case the event is canceled, the Organizer's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.

• The Organizer cannot be held liable for any physical injuries, infections, diseases, material damages, or losses during the event.

• Participants are personally responsible and accountable for any damage to or at the event venue caused by their own actions. The Organizer is not liable and cannot be held accountable in case of any such damage.

 

IV. Event Recordings

 

• The Organizer may engage photographers and/or videographers to capture recordings during the event for informational and/or promotional purposes. As an event attendee, your image may appear in these materials without personal identification.

• By registering for and attending our event, you grant us the right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of you, including any reproductions or adaptations thereof, for marketing and commercial purposes across various media and platforms, including but not limited to, our website and social media channels.
